Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on quantities, weight and destination.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days of the cancellation.
We charge shipping costs for returns. Please refer to the rates in the table above for shipping costs. If you send us an email with your order number to [email protected], we will be happy to send you a return label. After receiving the return shipment, we will transfer the purchase amount minus the return costs to you.
You can also choose to arrange the return shipment yourself, and we will of course not charge any return costs. Always report the return to us by email, so that we can process everything correctly.
