Flax seed is the seed of flax.

It is used as a raw material for linseed oil, which is pressed from the seed using an oil mill. The residual product of this process is called linseed cake. Line cakes are used as animal feed.

Flaxseed is used as a vegetable bulking agent and as a bowel promoter. It can be used for constipation. The dietary fiber in the seed coat, the mucous polysaccharide, can bind at least four times its own weight to water (swelling number at least 4), which leads to an increase in volume in the intestine. Due to the increasing pressure on the intestinal wall, peristalsis is stimulated and eventually the stool is started, which also helps as a lubricant.

The flax seed that we sell is 99.9% pure and ideal for filling heat and / or eye pillows.

We do not recommend consuming our linseed, since wine does not pack linseed under the requirements set by the inspection body of goods.
